Following the Rose Thread

So where did this call to Avalon come from? (Previous post.) To answer this means rewinding the clock about two years, to the fall of 2021.

I came across a shamanic apprenticeship class and the description gave me goosebumps. I signed up immediately.

This class was a gateway, a portal that opened up my intuition and my trust in it.

I started thinking about flowers and plants constantly, feeling more connected with them. Especially the rose.

And I saw them everywhere. I dove into their symbolism, learned what they represent beyond love, including the soul, Mother Mary and the Divine Feminine.

And that led to the discovery of Mary Magdalene and her version of Christianity. A version that was warped and hidden away for about 2000 years.

I devoured several books about her, and at the end of reading Meggan Watterson’s book ‘Mary Magdalene Revealed’, I remember closing the final page and asking myself, now what? The answer would come through unexpectedly. (See next post.)
